Fitness exercise programs from home will save you a lot of money in the long run, because you will only need to make the initial investment of buying the proper equipment you will need. Many people believe that in order to get a full body workout at home, that you will need a full blown gym, but this is not so. All you need to effectively lose weight and build muscle mass is a set of dumbbells, and an exercise ball. With the dumbbells you want to make sure that they are interchangeable, so either invest in the disc type, where you need to change the discs for different weights, or the easy locking weight, where you set the weight you want on the dumbbell. These two things are all you really need in your home fitness exercise programs. Mixed with a well rounded routine (don’t work your full body in one day, and always take a day to rest at least once a week), and a good eating plan (eat 5-6 small meals a day and remember to get in all of your food groups), you will be losing weight and gaining muscle in no time.
